HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY

For Guaranteed Christmas Delivery within the USA:

The last day for orders shipped Prioriy Mail is 5 pm Monday, December 20th.

The last day for orders shipped Express Mail is 5 pm Tuesday December 21st, except for within Manhattan which can have orders placed until 5 pm Wednesday December 22nd.  We may be able to accomodate Manhattan delivery for orders placed on December 23rd please call 212-595-0435 to confirm.

Express Mail cut-off for Canada is December 16th, 5pm and the Express Mail for most of the rest of the globe is December 15th, 5pm.  WE CAN ACCOMODATE SOME INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AFTER THIS DATE BUT THERE WILL BE A SHIPPING SURCHARGE FOR GLOBAL EXPRESS GUARANTEED (GXG).  PLEASE CONTACT US AT SALES@SUITE-STUFF.COM TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY AND SURCHARGE RATES.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our items our sales are "As-Is" and all sales are final.  There are no returns.

Our goal is customer satisfaction and if you are truly unhappy with your purchase please let us know. We will see if we can come up with a solution that is agreeable to all.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. These items are clearly noted on the webpages.

We ship by the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or First Class mail unless otherwise specifically noted for an item.  We try to gete our orders our the door within 48 hours of receiving them.  Unfortunately, when things are busy, or when an order requires special handling, we can take up to 5 business days to get a package shipped.  Unless otherwise noted please allow up to 7 business days to receive your package. (This includes handling and shipping time.)  Please note that all shipping times are quoted from the time we receive cleared payment, not the time the order is placed.  If you have any questions please call our customer service at 212-595-0435.

All our packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.  In the rare situation that your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.  Please keep all the original packaging material and the merchandise and we will assist you in filing a claim, or in some cases, we will just send you a replacement or refund your payment.  We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged by the shippers.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within the state of New York will be charged New York sales tax.  The sales tax rate for New York City is 8.875%.
